MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER ON VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL

Plaintiff, appearing pro se, filed a Notice of Dismissal on January 23, 2015, voluntarily dismissing all claims against Defendant Bank of America, N.A. without prejudice under Rule 41(a)(1)(A)® of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. (Dkt. No. 23.) The court terminated but then re-noticed the hearing on Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss (Dkt.
