In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, to compel Robert L. Shaffer, Assessor of *615the Town of Mount Pleasant, to restore the exemption from taxes as to a certain parcel of petitioner’s real property, the parties cross-appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 27, 1980, which, after a hearing, granted the petition but denied petitioner interest, costs and disbursements.
