Appellant/third party plaintiff, James E. Shields, Sr. (Shields), filed an incidental action seeking indemnity and/or contribution from Joseph Caldarera (Caldarera), a co-defendant in the original action, following Shields’s payment of $30,000.00 to plaintiffs.
