This was an action to foreclose a transporter’s lien on an oil pipe line situated in various counties in the state of Kansas pursuant to G. S.T949, 55-212, 213 and G. S. 1957 Supp. 55-214.

For the purpose of identifying the parties, the appellants, Arapahoe Pipe Line Company, a corporation, and Sinclair Pipe Line Company, a corporation, are referred to as Arapahoe, and Sinclair, or as appellants.
