MIZE, District Judge.

This cause having come on for trial on August 22, 1944, and the Court having considered the testimony adduced at the trial and the briefs filed by the parties, hereby makes and enters its findings of fact and conclusions of law, as follows:

Findings of Fact

I. The plaintiff, Katharine F. Lenroot, is the Chief of the Children’s Bureau, United States Department of Labor. The defendants, Louis Kemp, Paul Kemp, Ford Pitts, and George Marx, are residents of Hazlehurst, Copiah County, Mississippi, within the jurisdic*-' m of this Court.
