By this appeal defendants seek to reverse a decree in a suit filed to foreclose a mortgage. Complainant has assigned cross errors.

The record discloses that on August 24, 1914, complainant, Sarah J. Thompson, and her husband conveyed the premises in question - by warranty deed to the defendant, Jacob L. Crains. There was no mention in the deed of any incumbrance on the property except certain taxes and assessments. The consideration recited in the deed was $10.
