These two cases are proceedings in error from the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton county, wherein judgments were rendered in favor of the plaintiffs. They were consolidated in the trial court and tried together. The first one is an action for personal injuries, pain and suffering sustained by Charles A. McTeer during the three days prior to his death. Claim is also made for the expenses of his funeral. The other action is for the wrongful death of McTeer.
