Plaintiff Old Republic National Title Insurance Company ("Old Republic") filed a two-count adversary complaint against debtor-defendant Fares F. Fakhuri ("Fakhuri"), seeking a determination that a judgment debt owed to it by Fakhuri is nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A) and (a)(2)(B).1 The matter is now before the Court on Old Republic's motion for summary judgment on both counts of the complaint.
