Plaintiff is a domestic corporation and brings the action- to recover damages for fraud and deceit. The complaint *55alleges that plaintiff in July, 1920, purchased a cargo of coal from the Universal Transportation Company at a price of thirty-four dollars and fifty cents a ton, c. i. f.
