MEMORANDUM ON STATUS OF DEJA VU, INC. RE HARBOUR HOUSE OPERATING CORP. AND HARBOUR HOUSE REALTY CORP.

This case first came before the Court when the two entities, Harbour House Operating Corp. and Harbour House Realty Corp., filed voluntary Chapter 11 petitions on March 24, 1982. Harbour House Realty Corp. (Realty) is the record owner of a hotel premise known as the Harbour House Hotel located in Lynn, Massachusetts. Harbour House Operating Corp.
