This case is here upon appeal by the plaintiffs, from a decree of the circuit court of Wayne county, in chancery, dismissing the bill of complaint. The bill was filed by the purchasers, Charles Slatkin and Ruth, his wife, against the vendors, William F. Schumer and Emma, his wife, praying for a decree for the specific performance of a so-called land contract bearing date January 2, 1919, and hereinafter set forth. The defendants Leo J.
