Before the Court are Respondent Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole’s (Board) preliminary objections (Objections) to Petitioner Clyde McGriffs (McGriff) pro se amended petition for review (Petition). McGriffs Petition is styled as a mandamus action directed towards this Court’s original jurisdiction. We sustain the Board’s Objections, and dismiss McGriffs Petition.
