This interpleader action, another segment of the multiple controversies over the estate of Mona Beets Miles, deceased, concerns claims to a joint savings account. The account had been maintained for a number of years in the names of Mona Miles, Sherman Miles and Rufus Burrus as joint tenants payable to any of them or to the survivor. After Mona Miles’ death, Sherman Miles and Rufus Burrus each claimed the account, Sherman contending he was the sole owner while Burrus claimed a one-half interest.
