*443¶1 William Larry Weaver (Weaver) appeals from the denial by the Fourth Judicial District Court, Missoula County, of his Petition for Postconviction Relief asserting ineffective assistance of counsel. We affirm.

¶2 Weaver raises the following issues on appeal:
