COZORT, Judge.
In this action, plaintiffs are the secured parties in an agreement for the sale of plaintiffs’ business. The security agreement covered, among other things, the equipment then being used by the business. The UCC financing statement filed in conjunction with the security agreement listed as collateral, among other things, after-acquired equipment. The question presented by this appeal is whether plaintiffs have a security interest in the after-acquired property.
