HENLEY, Chief Judge.

This cause, commenced originally in this Court by citizens of Texas, against defendant, a Delaware corporation having its principal place of business in *314Louisiana,1 and authorized to do business in Arkansas, is now before the Court on motion of the defendant to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. The controversy involves certain lands owned by plaintiffs in Conway County, Arkansas, and the complaint alleges that the amount in controversy is in excess of $10,000.2
