Reversing.
Tlie Ozark Stave Company is a corporation engaged in tke wholesale handling of barrel staves and heading, with its principal office in Chicago, 111. Herman Katz was and is its chief stockholder; all the other stock being held by members of his family so as to enable the corporation to be formed. The transactions involved in this litigation were for some reasons negotiated and executed on behalf of the corporation in the name of “H.
