The appeal is from an order dismissing an appeal from a decision of the probate court admitting an instrument to probate as the last will and testament of Rufus C. Jefferson, deceased.
The record shows that Rufus C. Jefferson died in St. Paul, Minnesota, on February 11, 1925, a resident therein, and on the same day two of the three executors named in the will filed a petition in the probate court of Ramsey county for its probate.
