ALBRIGHT, Justice:

This is an appeal by Kristy Donley (hereinafter “Appellant”) from an order entered by the Circuit Court of Hancock County subsequent to a jury verdict finding the Appellant guilty of eight counts of concealment of minor children. The Appellant received a sentence of probation and home confinement.
