These are cross appeals from a declaratory judgment construing certain provisions of the written agreement of partnership of Black and Yeatch, Consulting Engineers, of Kansas City,. Missouri, applicable upon the death of one of the partners. E. (Ernest) B. Black, a partner, died on July 4, 1949. N. T. Yeatch, also known as N. T. Yeatch, Jr., the other partner, instituted the action against Faye B. Black (the widow of E. B. Black), Administratrix of the Estate of Ernest B. Black, Deceased.
