This appeal is prosecuted by Jonathan White from a decree of the circuit court of Peoria county. The case is complicated by the pleadings, but the principal question involved is the construction and effect to be given to a deed executed by John Farrell on September 14, 1912. Farrell at that time was about eighty years old and had lived in Peoria a long time. He had been married four times. One of his wives died and he had been divorced from the others.
