Respondent, William A. Either, was admitted to practice law in'this State in 1892, and he has been engaged in the practice of his profession in Chicago since that time. Upon an information filed by relator by leave of this court he was ruled to show cause why his name should not be stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors at law of this State. He filed an answer to the information, denying the charges contained therein.
