This case is before the Court upon Norfolk Dredging Company’s Motion for New Trial or, in the Alternative, Remittitur, and memorandum in support thereof, filed May 10, 1991 (Doc. Nos. 56 and 57), and Plaintiff’s response thereto, filed May 30, 1991 (Doc. No. 60). Oral argument on the motion was held before the Court on May 31, 1991.
