STOCKARD, Commissioner.

Larry Jackson, appellant herein, was charged with and found guilty by a jury of murder in the first degree, robbery in the second degree, and armed criminal action, for which he was sentenced to life imprisonment, imprisonment for thirty years, and life imprisonment respectively.

By his first point (as set forth in his amended brief) appellant asserts that the trial court erred in failing to grant his motion for acquittal “for the reason that the evidence was insufficient for a jury to find beyond a reasonable doubt that [he] was present at the time the murder occurred…
