Norman T. appeals his adjudication of juvenile delinquency in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico. After a non-jury trial held September 25, 1996, the district court adjudged Norman T. a juvenile delinquent pursuant to the Federal Juvenile Delinquency Act, 18 U.S.C. § 5031, et seq., finding he had committed Aggravated Sexual Abuse in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2241(c), and 2246(2)(C) by digitally penetrating the genital opening of a minor with the required intent.
