The plaintiff owned two houses in Burlington, and sold them to the Wagners under a bond for a deed dated April 1, 1915. The Wagners went into possession of the property, and on November 6, 1915, rented one of the houses to the defendant for $2.50 per week. In the meantime, the Wagners had not complied with the terms of their contract with the plaintiff, and the latter had foreclosed, and on November 9, 1915, she obtained a decree against the Wagners, limiting the period of redemption to one year.
