Affirming.

Miss Dicye Ashby sued W. S. Hackworth and A. J. Bartlett, partners doing business as the Shelbyville Garage & Repair Company, to recover damages for injuries sustained by her in a collision between an auto^ mobile operated by the defendants and one in which she was riding, as the guest of its owner and driver, Frank Carrithers. She obtained a verdict and judgment in the sum of $2,750.00, and the defendants appeal.. . • .
