This litigation grows out of a collision which took place between plaintiff’s automobile, driven by Mrs. Maritzky, and a truck belonging to the defendant company on a public highway. The occupants of the automobile received personal injuries, and the automobile and truck were each badly damaged. Plaintiffs sue the defendant for the damage which they sustained, alleging that the collision was due to the gross fault and negligence of the truckdriver.
