*874 This case is before this Court upon consolidated appeals from an "Omnibus Order" entered by the Circuit Court of Harrison County on February 21, 2017, granting summary judgment to the respondent, Mike Ross, Inc. ("MRI") and an April 5, 2017, order whereby the circuit court refused to alter or amend its grant of summary judgment. Through its Omnibus Order, the circuit court declared MRI to be the owner of eighty percent of the oil and gas interests in two adjacent tracts of land in Harrison County pursuant to a 2003 tax deed issued to MRI after it purchased the subject…
