RUSSELL, 'Circuit Judge.

This appeal brings for review the trial of a suit for personal injuries in which verdict and judgment were rendered against the appellant awarding damages for injuries appellee received in slipping and falling on the floor in the repair department of the appellant’s service station in Winter Haven, Florida. The claims of error are that the Court erred in overruling the defendant’s motion for a directed verdict made, at the close of plaintiff’s evidence, at the close of all of the evidence, and renewed after verdict by motion for judgment and motion for a new trial.
