Appellant, Helen M. Barlett, the owner of a parcel of real property situated in Highland Park, was named as defendant in two successive proceedings filed in the circuit court of Lake County. By the first, Julius C. Laegeler and Lester Laegeler, as trustees, sought to compel specific performance of a contract for the sale of said property; by the second Fred A. Gilford, individually and as trustee, prayed foreclosure of two junior mortgages secured by the same property.
