HUNSTEIN, Chief Justice.

Appellant Henry Taylor was convicted of malice murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime in connection with the shooting death of Gregory Smith. Finding no error, we affirm.

1. The evidence at trial authorized the jury to find that in late January 2005 Taylor was staying at a home on Center Hill Avenue. When Smith visited the home to buy marijuana, he tried to steal a cell phone. Another resident of the house, Alex Williamson, confronted Smith about the cell phone.
