McPHERSON, Circuit Judge.
Each of these petitions asserts error in determining the ownership of a fund amounting to $3,550, which was produced by a receiver’s sale of furniture and other personal property that belonged to the bankrupt, the W. R. Kuhn Company. An involuntary petition was filed on September 30, 1914, and the sale took place in November. The property was on the premises of the Hotel Rittenhouse in the city of Pittsburgh, and, although the bankrupt had not been the tenant since the 1st of May, its personal property was nevertheless subject to a lawful distraint; that is, a…
