Collard, Judge.

It is provided by statute of this State that the action of the probate court in approving or disapproving a claim (against an estate of a deceased person) shall have the force and effect of a final judgment, and when the claimant, or any person interested in the estate, shall be dissatisfied with such action he may appeal therefrom to the district court as from other judgments of the county court rendered in probate matters. (Rev. Stats., art. 2031.)
