OVERVIEW
Western Employers Insurance Company (Western) appeals from the district court’s denial of Western’s motion to vacate an arbitration award pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, as well as from the court’s determination that the arbitration agreement contained within Western’s contract with Jefferies and Company, Inc. (“Jeffer-ies”) 1 had not been breached. Western challenges the award on the ground that the arbitrators failed to make findings of fact and conclusions of law as required by the agreement.
