GRUENDER, Circuit Judge.
A federal grand jury returned a superseding indictment charging six defendants with conspiracy to launder money, a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(h). The proceedings relating to three of the defendants, including Tamara Heid, were severed from the remaining defendants, who also had been charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute methamphetamine. Heid pled guilty to the charge of conspiracy to launder money but later moved to withdraw her plea, arguing that no factual basis supported her guilty plea. The district court denied her…
