Before the Court is the Debtors’ Application for entry of an Order authorizing the Debtors’ retention of Bain & Company (“Bain”) as Turnaround Advisor nunc pro tunc to April 1, 2003, and the termination of Bain’s retention nunc pro tunc to April 11, 2003 (“the Retention Application”) and Bain’s First and Final Application for Allowance of Compensation for Services Rendered and Reimbursement of Expenses (“the Fee Application”). The United States Trustee (“the UST”) objected to both Applications. For the following reasons, we deny the Applications.
