This is a will contest in which The State National Bank of El Paso, Texas, which was named as trustee and independent executor by the decedent, Nora A. Price, is the proponent and appellee here, and Herbert R. Stone, son of decedent, is the contestant and appellant here. The will of Mrs. Price was admitted to probate and letters testamentary were granted to The State National Bank by order of the County Court at Law No. Two of El Paso County, Texas, dated May 20, 1960.
