|, Carolyn Johnson filed a retaliatory discharge claim against her former employer, the Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College, which operates LSU Health Sciences Center-Monroe, a/k/a E.A. Conway Medical Center (defendant referred to herein as “E. A. Conway”). Johnson’s claim was dismissed by a judgment granting the defendant’s exception of lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
