This is a bill for the specific performance of a contract for the sale of real estate.

The complainant Amy A. Harris, derived title by warranty deed to the tract of land which is the subject of purchase and sale, one half from Henry M. Taber, and the other half from the complainants, Adelaide Horner Toel, Florence Taber Holt, Robert Schell Taber, Charles Taber, Henry Taber and Edward Martin Taber, who were the children of Charles C.
