Appeal from a decree of tbe Circuit Court of Highland county in the chancery suit of Glendy’s Adanr. v. Glendy’s Heirs. In this cause a lien was asserted by Wood’s Exor’s which was contested by Moon’s administratrix. From a decree establishing the debt and dismissing the cause'as to the Highland Development Co., Moon’s administratrix applied for and obtained this appeal.
