MOORE, Justice.

This is an appeal by an insurance company from a judgment maturing the award of the Industrial Accident Board and awarding the insureds certain workmen’s compensation benefits, together with a 12% attorney’s fees. Appellee, Vida Ree Box, et al., brought suit against appellant, American Motorists Insurance Company, under the provisions of Article 8307, Vernon’s Ann. Texas Statutes, 1 to mature an award of the Industrial Accident Board by which she and her daughter were awarded certain workmen’s compensation benefits as a result of the death of her husband, Edward Curtis Box.
