This is a suit brought in the Municipal Court by A. E. Ziehme, doing business as the St. Louis Jewelry Company, plaintiff in error, against Mrs. L. B. MeInerney, defendant in error, to recover the purchase price of a consignment of jewelry alleged to have been sold and delivered to her in compliance with her written order to plaintiff in error.
