Plaintiff corporation, which was engaged in collecting accounts, filed its complaint in equity against defendants, who were engaged in the same business, to enjoin and restrain them from soliciting and making-collections from plaintiff’s customers. Defendants filed their answer and the cause was referred to a master in chancery to take the evidence and make up his report together with his findings and recommendations.
