The question in this case is whether a semitrailer from which the wheels have been removed and which is used for storage at a construction site is a building within the meaning of Wyo.Stat. § 6-3-301(a) (1988). William Thomas Smith, Jr. (Smith) was charged with one count of burglary, specifically, entering a building with intent to commit larceny by entering a construction trailer and stealing various items from it.
