Plaintiff, the Second National Bank & Trust Company of Saginaw, Michigan, a national banking corporation, individually and as trustee under the 9th and 10th paragraphs of the will of Arthur D, Eddy, deceased, filed a petition in this Court for a writ of prohibition to restrain defendant Guy A. Miller, a circuit judge in Wayne county, from further acting or proceeding in a suit filed against plaintiff and others, and to require the said Judge Guy A. Miller to vacate an injunction issued in said chancery suit.
