The appellant, Fred Bone, presented a petition to Hon. J. A. P. 'Dickson, judge of the Fiftieth judicial district, against H. R. Black and six others, as trustees of the Roaring Springs school district, also making the Maxwell-Stewart Construction Company a party defendant, praying for a mandatory injunction, requiring the school board to comply with the terms of a contract alleged to have been made between the trustees and Bone.
