Plaintiff Antonio Garcia brought this action for retaliatory discharge against his former employer, Tyson Foods, and one of its supervisors, Juan Carrera. Garcia alleges that he was terminated by Tyson on June 9, 2010, because of his participation as a class representative in the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) action recently tried by the court, Garcia v.
