Ernest and Perry Sanders, as executors of the last will of their grandfather, William H. Sanders, deceased, brought this suit in equity against Margaret E. Sanders, widow of the deceased, and her children by a former marriage, to have property claimed by Margaret E. Sanders as surviving joint tenant, declared the property of the estate and subject to administration. A complaint in intervention was filed by William P.
