A. J. Ehrle, individually and d/b/a A. J.’s Equipment Sales and Service (hereinafter referred to as Ehrle) brought this action against Wynnewood State Bank, now known as First Realty Bank (hereinafter referred to as bank) seeking to recover damages allegedly caused by the bank when it improperly and unjustifiably inter-pleaded certain funds owned by Ehrle in a garnishment action.
